VOX 3 Collective has published seven editions of its scholarly journal, Collective Voice, to date. Based on repertoire included on the collective’s concert programs, Collective Voice contains original scholarly essays to aid understanding of the music, along with pieces providing historical context and other reflections. From harmonic analysis of the music, to biographical insight, to examination of poetry, to cultural connections, Collective Voice is the main educational outlet for the ensemble. We encourage you to explore vocal music along with us! You may read articles in our new online format, or download archived versions of past issues below.
